5. Tuck into quinoa and sake pairing meals
Inter Rice Asia and Superlife Co. present a culinary night of quinoa and sake pairings on 26 August from 7pm to 9pm ($45 per pax). This one-night affair will showcase the folks from Superlife Co. demonstrate a cooking session of quinoa dishes, followed by Inter Rice Asia’s pairings of sakes flown all the way from Senkin brewery in Japan. Guests can expect to not only fill their bellies with these tantalising delights, but also learn more on the rice-replacing staple of quinoa and the art of sake appreciation by some certified sommeliers.
