Celebrity chef Daniel Shemtob’s acclaimed The Lime Truck is now opened within PasarBella at Suntec
City. Touted to be his first venture beyond United States borders, The Lime Truck serves up hip and inventive tacos and other Latin American-inspired street food from its brick-and-mortar foodtruck facade. Chef Shemtob seems to have an affinity for cilantro with his Asian-influenced Slow Braised Pork Belly Taco ($4) with cilantro leaves and the vegan Potato Taco ($3.50) that is drizzled with cilantro chimichurri sauce. For something more indulgent, go for the Fried Chicken Skins ($3.90) that let out a glorious crackle with every bite.
