3. Learn to make Christmas crafts at free workshops
Making Christmas crafts with your family and friends is a great way to bond, especially if you have little ones. The East Japan Railway Company invites you and your loved ones to have a fun, creative day out at their pop-up store workshops. The pop-up “INSPIRATION STORE” is located at SMRT Orchard Xchange, running now until 31 August 2019, and currently set to its first theme of a Love Forest until 5 January. Sign up for the ongoing free Kumiko Christmas Ornament Making Workshop every day from now until 5 January! You can learn to make unique Christmas wooden ornaments using the Japanese Kumiko (interlocking joint-wood) method, and even personalise them with your own message before hanging it on a Christmas tree.
