5. Alphonse Mucha Afternoon Tea at Madison’s
Madison’s at Pullman Singapore Hill Street has launched the brand new ‘Artistry in Time Afternoon Tea,’ in an exclusive collaboration with the Alphonse Mucha Museum.
The afternoon tea menu showcases Mucha’s distinctive style, which is known for his theatrical posters featuring botanical motifs and stylized lines. Delight in macarons depicting Mucha’s signature patterns, cakes embellished with Mucha-inspired buntings, and thematic bespoke cocktails such as the bracing, spirit-forward Mucha Vesper and the crisp, tart Parisian Gimlet.
Savoury courses include Lobster served with Avruga caviar, XO hae bee hiam (dry shrimp chili), and hollandaise, as well as Norwegian Salmon Tartare accompanied by ikura in a kuih pie tee shell. For sweet courses, enjoy the unique tartness of the Raspberry Financier and the buttery goodness with a slight kick of the Black Pepper Cookies.
Available for an exclusive period from 14 May to 31 July 2024, the Artistry in Time Afternoon Tea is priced at S$68++ per guest, with a minimum of two persons per set.
