Time flies and Sprmrkt is sadly ending its three-month-long cultural showcase of present-day Vietnam, but not without a lip-smacking bang! We talking about the showcase’s culmination of four one-off gastronomic events, led by renowned Chef Peter Cuong Franklin of Anna Saigon. For starters, the award-winning chef will churn out six contemporary Vietnamese street food grub at the Vietnamese Riverside Street Food Party, held at Sprmrkt branch along Robertson Quay tomorrow (16 March)! But if you’d rather a more intimate sess with Chef Peter, then block out 17 March for the four-hands brunch (from $68 per pax) prepared by him and Sprmrkt Chef-Owner Joseph Yeo, or perhaps Chef’s illustrious seven-course dinner menu (from $98 per pax), which highlights Cuisine Moi, or New Vietnamese Cuisine.
