Francophiles and foodies: look forward to the return of Ginett’s Goût de France menu, now available as a limited-time special until the end of March.
From now to 31 March 2019, eat and drink your way through France with Ginett’s Goût de France three-course menu (S$55++), and with wine pairing specially curated by Ginett’s newest sommelier Justine Le Merle at S$80++. Savour delights such as a colourful Gin-cured Salmon with horseradish cream, savoury Shrimp Soufflé Tart and Rhubarb & Strawberry Tart paired with wines like Domaine de la Seigneurie des Tourelles, Saumur Blanc; Domaine des Capucins, Château Arnaud or Château De Landiras, Graves.
In addition, join Ginett’s newest sommelier, Justine Le Merle, in the first of a series of wine workshops on Saturday, 16 March, from 4.00pm to 6.00pm where she will be dedicating the two-hour session to the most famous and highly coveted wine blend in the world – Bordeaux wines. Home to over 10,000 producers of close to 70 million cases of wine per vintage, picking the perfect bottle of Bordeaux is no easy feat. Justine whittles it down to five prized bottles—each of varying terroirs, regions, châteaux and vintages—and the perfect pairing and occasion to break one out.
