7. Ippudo’s Seasonal Mala Tonkotsu Ramen
Try Ippudo’s new Seasonal Mala Tonkotsu Ramen, as well as a Chef’s Special Tsukemen Japan Mala Version served with wavy, medium thick, springy noodles with generous lashings of mala chilli and pepper, combined with a mix of aromatic spices, and finished off with Japanese sansho pepper for a final punch.
