Accompanying the platter is a selection of delectable sides like Pickled Jalapenos, Bedrock Mac & Cheese, Mediterranean Zucchini, and an assortment of sauces.
Bedrock Origin Field & Oceans Feast (S$299++/good for 4) is carefully crafted to include a tantalising seafood option alongside timeless Bedrock classics:
– Black Angus OP Ribs 1.2kg: Showcasing Sir Thomas Premium Angus Beef Ribs from Australia, the ribs are grilled to perfection over -Bedrock’s signature applewood fire
– Whole Tail Barramundi 1kg: The best of oceanic delights, the fish is dry-aged for 3 to 5 days for enhanced flavours, lightly seasoned and grilled
The feast is paired with sides like Spicy Brussel Sprouts, along with the signature Bedrock Mac & Cheese and the same delightful selection of sauces offered with the Steak Connoisseur’s Platter.
Bedrock has also introduced an exclusive Bedrock 15th Anniversary wine from Brothers In Arms No.6 2019 Shiraz Cabernet (S$16++/glass or $90++/bottle) adorned with a bespoke label commemorating Bedrock’s 15 years of culinary excellence.
