Singapore’s nightlife is about to get a whole lot more explosive with the launch of the new nightclub Marquee Singapore in April! Marquee Nightclub hails from New York and will be making its Asian debut at our very own Marina Bay Sands. Call up your buds and get ready to party it up when doors open on 12 April!
The biggest partygoers have been eagerly awaiting the day ever since it was announced that Marquee is launching in Singapore. And for good reason, too. The dining and entertainment destination is set to be Singapore’s largest club, spanning over 2,300 square metres and three floors with towering ceilings. With a space that vast, the club is able to fit a huge, fully functional indoor ferris wheel. A ferris wheel inside a club? Now that’s a party we didn’t know we needed. Each of the eight pods are even colour-themed and feature a photo booth for guests to capture the unique experience.
The ferris wheel is just one of the attractions that will give Marquee Singapore a carnival feel and atmosphere. The nightclub will also have a three-storey slide! Perfect for when you’re bored of dancing and want to feel like a kid again.
After it was established in New York in 2003, Marquee Nightclub branched out with two more locations in Las Vegas and Sydney. Across all three cities, the nightclub’s brand quickly gained popularity for its exhilarating energy and for hosting many internationally renowned DJs and hip hop stars at the decks. We’re talking big names, including Post Malone, Drake, Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, Gucci Mane, and French Montana.

In addition to Marquee Singapore, Marina Bay Sands will also be home to two more new lifestyle destinations we’re excited about! Next to come in May 2019 is Avenue Singapore, a stylish and luxurious lounge bar. If Marquee seems to loud for you, and you’re looking for a more laid-back night to just chill, what you need is Avenue. It will treat you to a night of cocktails and fun games from bowling to old-school pinball. You won’t be left out of the partying, because resident DJs will keep groovy music flowing through the lounge.
Avenue is also an established international brand with roots in New York, so you can look forward to American-style entertainment, but with a more intimate vibe than big clubs like Marquee.
The third new lifestyle venue coming to Marina Bay Sands this year will delight the foodies! Koma, a modern Japanese restaurant, is expected to open at the shopping mall in June 2019. It’s going to be huge, featuring 270 seats as well as a sushi bar, with space for entertainment to take the dining experience to the next level.
We can’t wait to check out all three venues when they are open. 2019 is looking to be an exciting year for Singapore nightlife!
