Hilton Singapore Orchard’s residential all-day buffet restaurant will unveil sumptuous new gourmet offerings on their spread for lunch and dinner with a variety of elevated local and regional dishes, each crafted with the finest and freshest ingredients.
The new daily rotational menu of Western and modern Asian specialities available for lunch includes a Live Risotto Station serving up warm bowls of Kimchi Risotto with 65-degree Sous Vide Egg and a Carving Station of Herb Marinated Roast Beef Sirloin, Peruvian-style Roasted Organic Chicken and Smoked Pork Belly. Guests will also journey through elevated renditions of familiar regional favourites, such as the new Nasi Kerabu Station. Delights to feast on include Andhra Chicken, Prawn Masala, Cantonese-style Salted Fish with Pork Belly and more.
Exclusive dinner counters such as Premium Meats and Live Carvings of Estate Signature Black Truffle Roasted Duck with fried tofu and peanut crust, Whole Roasted Lamb with tortilla, kachumber salad and spicy mint sauce, as well as the locally sourced Whole Barramundi and more, are available.
If you love seafood, don’t miss the freshly shucked seasonal oysters and yabbies on ice and thick cuts of sashimi and sushi rolls.
