The Akamaru 1.0 is Singapore’s first plant-based ramen featuring a broth of Mushroom, Soy Milk, IPPUDO’s Original Kaeshi and a touch of Porcini Mushroom Oil with homemade eggless, whole wheat noodles. Topped with meat-free Chashu marinated in IPPUDO’s Signature Soy Chashu Sauce, Special Blended Spicy Paste, Fragrant Garlic Oil, Black Fungus and Spring Onion.
