At the world’s highest urban microbrewery, mums get a feast for the eyes and the palate: an exclusive 2-day-only selection of lunch dishes will be available alongside the popular Weekend Roast.
On 8 and 9 May 2021, a unique line-up of seafood keeps apace with the robust Weekend Roast offerings of items such as Juicy Corn-Fed Chickens, Lamb Banjos and Wagyu Tri-tips. Think a refreshing Salmon Belly Sashimi (S$18++) as a starter; Pan Seared Tiger Prawns (S$42++) featuring the aforementioned protein cradled on a bed of housemade linguine – aromatic and perfectly al dente because it was created from spent grain, a byproduct of the beer-brewing process; and Layered Honey Cake (S$15++) served with a little twist by being paired with a special sauce made with strawberries and rich Valrhona chocolate, as well as a housemade strawberry sour cream “snow”.
