8. Nutmeg & Clove’s New Menu
Conceptualised by Colin and Sous Chef Newein Dakota, the new dinner menu continues to pay homage to Singapore’s rich history, featuring innovative renditions of classic local dishes. New items to look forward to includes Lobster Kueh Pie Tee, made with sliced Boston lobster and mango passionfruit salsa; Otak Otak, comprising rempah and sea bass wrapped in banana leaf; Assam + Batang, spotlighting Spanish mackerel soaked in assam cream stew served with garlic toast; SG Scotch Egg and more.
10 new cocktails are also added to the menu to resemble a traveller’s diary, featuring intimate and personal recounts of what he uncovered during his time in Singapore. New drinks include GMT Martini, Lah Leh Meh, expertly crafted with butter-fat washed Cognac stirred with green coffee-infused dark rum, as well as Michael Jackson’s Punch and more.
