2. Takayama Launches its Spring Menu

Takayama, the kappo-style Japanese fine dining restaurant by Chef Taro Takayama invites all for a taste of freshness. With a menu curated from seasonal Spring specialities, with ingredients like Awabi abalone, firefly squid, surf clams, strawberries and more. The Spring Menu offers indulgent seafood starters, surf clams with caviar, seasonal Japanese fish, and Sakura monaka with foie gras.

The Dinner Menu costs S$350 for 9 courses, including abalone hotpot, Miyazaki Wagyu beef, and donabe rice. Dessert features strawberry mochi and matcha financier. The Lunch Menu costs S$150 for 7 courses or S$200 for 8 courses, including Awabi abalone, cherry trout or Miyazaki Wagyu beef, and donabe rice. Dessert includes strawberry mochi and Sakura monaka with foie gras.
