4. Nagai Hokkaido Cuisine Opens in Singapore with Omakase
Nagai Hokkaido Cuisine is ready to launch its first overseas outpost, and it has picked Singapore as its first destination to share its brand of kaiseki healthy cuisine.
In this new outpost that will continue to be operated by chefs from Hokkaido, diners can look forward to a total of 15 lunch sets from only S$28 and four omakase set menus, priced at S$98, S$138, S$198, and S$380. Each set and menu focus on dishes prepared in the local Hokkaido traditional way, using only the freshest ingredients from produce to meats and seafood flown in from Hokkaido.
