1. ‘Season of Impressionists’ – a Vincent van Gogh Inspired Afternoon Tea at Anti:dote
ARTiSTORY, the National Gallery, London and Anti:dote, Fairmont Singapore has collaborated together and come up with Season of Impressionists, a sunflower-themed afternoon tea inspired by the works of Post-Impressionist Dutch painter.
Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong and Senior Sous Chef Jacky Lai have reimagined Van Gogh’s famed masterpiece as food art with a series of delectable treats in the form of sunflowers, which can be enjoyed with a specially-created cocktail and mocktail. Guests can also look forward to a picture-perfect setting, designed for them to feel as if they were part of Van Gogh’s painting.
The Season of Impressionists Afternoon Tea runs daily from 12 pm to 2 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm, from 3 March to 2 April 2023. It is priced from SS$58++ per guest. For those with little ones, there will also be a children’s menu featuring sunflower-inspired creations at S$40++.
