Exciting new flavours can be sampled with the Chef’s Special Yakiago Dashi JAPAN, made with an umami-laden clear broth of dried agodashi flying fish. Furthermore, it is made punchy with IPPUDO original kaeshi sauce. The flying fish dashi soup stock synonymous with the Kyushu area of Nagasaki presents deep and refreshing flavours courtesy of daikon, okra and myoga. The Chef’s Special Yakiago Dashi JAPAN is available only from 11 April to 31 May 2023 at Mandarin Gallery and Mohamed Sultan.
