Picnic Food Park has two new brands onboard – Kumo Keiki Japanese soufflé pancakes, as well as Daifuku by Seizan – another partnership between Picnic and Two-Michelin Kaiseki restaurant Seizan, Tokyo, which will offer fully-customisable daifuku and this is a first in Singapore.
Kumo Keiki, which means ‘Cloud cake’ in Japanese, is one of few brands to offer healthful gluten-free rice flour soufflé pancakes – instead of wheat flour which is commonly used. Pop by Picnic this weekend to try out the delicious pancakes!
Picnic is located at 435 Orchard Rd, #03-15 Wisma Atria, Singapore 238877.
