Curated by Head Chef Takuya Yamashita of one Michelin-starred Whitegrass, Boyutei high tea comprises his favourite tea time otsumami, ranging from sweet to savoury is served in the classic Japanese jūbako (tiered boxes). Priced at S$69++ per set for 2 persons, the high tea set is available for all-day dining and comes with two hot brews.
