5. Equate Night’s New Modern Asian Dishes
Equate, the coffeemakers that have always equated each cup of its coffee with art, unveils a new after-dark chapter where it turns down into a hub for dinner, music and cocktails come sundown. Enjoy a dinner menu of progressive contemporary Asian delicacies, where familiar classics are refreshed with unexpected twists such as Fried Juk (fried porridge), Bawang Goreng Fries, Green Curry Baked Cauliflower, Chap Chye Oko nomiyaki and Cold Laksa Capellini. The Korean Fried Wings will make for the addictive accompaniment for drinks with fleshy half wings, battered and marinated before fried to crunchy delights.
Besides food, the drinks menu now includes a selection of cocktails, mocktails and cocktails on tap. Diners can look forward to an unbeatable Happy Hour promo where they can enjoy 1-for-1 cocktails from 6pm to 8pm.
