3. Kings Cart Coffee Lights Up the Night with New Brand Joo Chiat Oyster House
Easties! Joo Chiat Oyster House is your new one-stop place for oysters, cocktails, and food! From the folks behind Kings Cart Coffee, the site has now transformed into an oyster house serving its namesake – fresh, plump oysters imported weekly from Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
Start your evening with oysters. Choose from Naked, Flavored, or Baked oysters. Extend the indulgence with tapas of Eastern-Western fusion flavours complete with Singaporean slang, such as Blur Like Sotong Fritters or Har Cheong Gai Chicken Loli. Pair your food with innovative tipples that are an ode to the fun and quirks of Singapore, shaken up full of Singapore influences like the East Coast Plan or Aunty Rosalyn. Returning to your childhood with the Solero, created as a rum-based drinkable version of everyone’s favourite Solero lime-flavoured vanilla ice cream!
Happy hour starts when it’s lights out. Be spoilt for choice from S$10 House Pours – Gin, Vodka, Rum, Whiskey or Bourbon. Not a fan of hard liquors? Switch out your glass for House Red, White and Bubblies. Joo Chiat Oyster House Happy Hour is available from Mondays to Saturdays, 5 – 7pm.
Joo Chiat Oyster House is at 328 Joo Chiat Rd, #01-05, Singapore 427585.
