From 9 to 28 February 2021, popularly known as the one who served up “The Most Expensive Burger in Singapore” back in 2019, Lombardo’s Singapore is launching another novel surprise — the country’s first Durian King Burger.
This creamy D24 durian purée sits grandly on a 180g US Angus beef patty, accompanied by a bed of red cabbage compote, lettuce, tomatoes and mini pickles — not forgetting Lombardo’s homemade special burger sauce. All of this royal goodness is sandwiched between Lombardo’s famous toasted burger buns that guarantee no soggy buns.
For all durian lovers, this is a must-try variation of the King of all fruits. And for those still struggling to love the durian, you’ll be pleased to know that there is a little twist on the durian purée which might actually change your mind.
