4. Weekend Dim Sum Club at 5 ON 25
Cantonese restaurant 5 ON 25 at Andaz Singapore launches its inaugural weekend dim sum brunch experience, Weekend Dim Sum Club, starting from 19 March 2022. From 12pm to 2:30pm, guests can savour an à la carte menu of over 25 varieties of handcrafted delicacies, alongside sweeping views of Singapore. Items to look forward to include Shrimp and Cod Fish Beancurd Roll, Sand Ginger Cuttlefish, Scallop Siew Mai with Fish Roe and more.
Accompanying the dim sum experience is an option to elevate the afternoon with a suite of beverages. For an additional S$78++ per person, you can sip a free flow of Delamotte Brut N.V. Champagne, bottled beers as well as three low- and non-alcoholic organic sparkling teas, by Copenhagen Sparkling Tea Company in Denmark.
