Get acquainted with culinary excellence at Hotel Telegraph’s Communal Cooking Class on 11th March 2023 from 3pm to 5pm. For one day only, the beginner-friendly class that will be led by Chef William Lim, participants will get to learn their way around preparing delectable classics such as Ngoh Hiang with Sambal Chili and Sweet Flour Sauce, as well as Dry Laksa with Shrimp.
