From now to 29 February 2024, diners can indulge in a specially curated 5-course Valentine’s Day menu featuring Latin Asian flavors, priced at S$68++ per person.
The Valentine’s Day menu includes:
– Ostra Al Horno (Grilled oyster, Garlic butter, Jalapeno, Chicharon)
– Sisig Pi Tee (Pork belly, Dinakdakan sauce, served in crispy cups)
– Signature Tacos: Choice of Pescado (Baja-style fish, Chipotle mayo, Katsuboshi) or Mushroom (King oyster mushroom, purple cabbage, Truffle cream)
– Main course: Choice of: Tiger Prawn Asado (Grilled prawn, Mango salsa, Cilantro lime crème), Bistecca (Steak, Chimichurri, condiments on the side), Grilled Maitake and Truffle (Mushroom, Pecorino, Spaghetti) or Jerk Chicken (Parilla-grilled chicken, Jamaican Jerk sauce, Escabeche, Salsa Roja)
– Champorado (Frozen chocolate mousse, mochi, baked rice, Polvoron crumble)
