Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved one at the Two Michelin-starred Saint Pierre, where Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant has curated special degustation menus. Indulge in a luxurious 4-course lunch (S$328++ per person) or a 7-course dinner (S$528++ per person).
The culinary journey begins with a delightful amuse-bouche featuring an otoro tartare tartlet topped with Loiret beetroot, Imperial Oscietra caviar, and bonito cream. Continue the sumptuous gastronomic experience with the Scottish Langoustine. Loch Fyne langoustine, smoked with carrot hay, is adorned with a quenelle of Kaluga caviar, accompanied by carrot top oil, carrot purée, and pickled heirloom carrot. For the main course, choose between the Omi Beef or Basque Country Wild Turbot. Conclude the dining experience on a sweet note with the Shizuoka Strawberry.
