JUMBO Seafood brings back the crowd-favourite Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng (from S$68) of succulent salmon fish atop a salad of seventeen types of auspicious vegetables and ingredients. Adding to the festivities is JUMBO Seafood’s Festive Pen Cai (from S$288). It is a pot of goodness spilling over with prized ingredients such as 10-head abalone, fish maw, conpoy, scallop, live prawns, shiitake mushrooms, pig’s tendon, roasted duck, steamed chicken, enoki mushrooms, Tianjin cabbage, beancurd stick and ‘fatt’ choy slow-cooked to toothsome flavour.
