A weekend to truly treat yourself!
Presenting a wonderful repertoire of delicious street food from the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants and celebrated Bib Gourmand eateries all under one roof, the MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival returns once again from 22 to 24 February 2019 at Resorts World Sentosa with an exciting new line-up!
Following its success from the years prior, this year’s festival features a specially curated line-up of 15 establishments recognised in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2018. Each F&B concept will be presenting their signature dishes at the event—showcasing a wide variety ranging from local specialities to Australian and Spanish cuisines.
It is also a great opportunity for aspiring gourmands to savour signature offerings from these esteemed establishments in one seating, without having to travel to different corners of Singapore or join the long waiting lists and queues.
Diners can tuck into local favourites such as Bak Chor Mee from Tai Wah Pork Noodle, newly listed with a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2018; the golden curry puffs from Rolina Traditional Hainanese Curry Puff; the signature “Tutu Kueh” from Traditional Haig Road Putu Piring; and so much more!
Exciting new additions in this year’s line-up include the wildly popular modern Australian wood-fired grill joint, Burnt Ends—which earned its first Michelin star in 2018; Shisen Hanten— commemorating its third year as the only
two-Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant in Singapore; and Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee Toritama Shirokane, renowned for its chicken yakitori skewers.
The MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival will be held from 22-24 February 2019 at The Coliseum, Resorts World Sentosa.
