5. The Hilton New Ultimate Sunday Champagne Brunch (International)

Want to taste an international variety of cuisines at one place? Treat yourself to the champagne brunch at the Hilton Singapore! Every Sunday for brunch, the hotel restaurant puts out a spread fit for kings, including a selection of Taittinger Champagne, beers and wines that diners can enjoy free-flow! The wide new menu highlights Western flavours (such as waffles, ribs and pizzas) alongside Asian favourites (sushi, donburi, fried rice) with eight live stations to watch the chefs at work. There’s even a seasonal cheese room where diners can try over 30 kinds of fresh, scrumptious cheese from France. And for dessert, you have a huge six-metre table of handcrafted artisanal sweets to take your pick.

The Ultimate Sunday Champagne Brunch is available from 12pm to 3pm daily, starting from $98++ per adult and $49++ per child.
