Jigger & Pony Unveils BLOOM, A New Menu Inspired By Growth And Transformation

Jigger & Pony has never treated a drinks menu as a simple list of cocktails, and its latest annual menuzine, BLOOM, continues that tradition with style and clarity.

As one of Jigger & Pony’s most celebrated cocktail destinations, the bar has firmly established itself on the global stage, consistently ranking on Asia’s 50 Best Bars and The World’s 50 Best Bars—including being crowned No. 1 in Asia. Known for its polished hospitality and forward-thinking cocktail programme, it continues to set the benchmark for modern drinking experiences.

Arriving at a significant moment for the bar and the wider Jigger & Pony Group, BLOOM feels both timely and considered, reflecting a brand that is growing confidently while staying rooted in what made it beloved in the first place: comfort, connection, and a sense of shared joy.

The launch comes as the group expands with new concepts, including Japanese lifestyle cocktail bar Pop City x PONY and Korean cocktail dining bar BOP. Against that backdrop, BLOOM marks a new phase for the flagship. Rather than chasing novelty for its own sake, the menu turns its attention to refinement and the idea of becoming.

That theme flows through the entire 68-page menuzine. Spanning 21 cocktails, BLOOM unfolds across four chapters—Hope, Growth, Beauty, and Just Be—each capturing a different stage of evolution, not just in flavour but in mood and perspective. This year’s visual direction leans more atmospheric, using light, colour, and composition to mirror a sense of movement and transformation.

Mango Margarita

The drinks themselves are where the concept comes fully alive. In Hope, familiar ingredients are reimagined with freshness and optimism. The Mango Margarita balances green and ripe mango with Patron Silver Tequila and smoky mezcal, while Sichuan peppercorn tincture replaces the expected salt rim with a savoury edge. The Crimson Fizz gives cherries a more central role, layering tart, floral, and fresh notes into a bright and playful cocktail finished with effervescence and lime zest.

The Wasabi Highball

In Growth, the menu leans into evolution through technique and thoughtful structure. The Wasabi Highball pairs Toki Suntory Whisky with housemade apricot soda and the measured warmth of wasabi, creating a drink that feels easygoing yet quietly complex. The Soursop Colada reworks the familiar Piña Colada format with aged rum, soursop, and yoghurt whey, resulting in something tropical but more refined, with richness balanced by a cleaner acidity.

The Strawberry Matcha Cloud

Beauty is where the drinks appear to reach full expression. The Strawberry Matcha Cloud combines matcha cream with ripe strawberry and vanilla milk punch, built on a base of Roku Gin, sherry, and a touch of absinthe. The Peach Party, inspired by the 1987 classic Sex On The Beach, takes a more exuberant route, delivering peach, florals, and brightness through Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Gin.

The Bloom Martini

The final chapter, Just Be, returns to timelessness and restraint. The Bloom Martini updates the classic with Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, dry vermouth, citrus tinctures, and a technique-driven texture that gives it extra polish. The Always Autumn, built on The Macallan Double Cask 12 Year Old, brings together apple, fino sherry, apple brandy, and soft spice into a spirit-forward drink that feels mellow and composed.

Importantly, BLOOM also accommodates every kind of drinker. The Free Spirited section includes non alcoholic options such as Osmanthus & Tea, while Punch Time! offers large-format bowls designed for sharing.

All menu cocktails are priced at S$28++, non-alcoholic cocktails at S$22++, and punch bowls at S$280++ for 15 to 20 servings. Happy Hour runs daily from 6pm to 7.30pm, with cocktails at S$19 each. Prices are subject to GST and service charge.
