Only available for 3 days, from 7 to 9 April 2023, LeVeL33’s Easter Weekend Roast menu offers a selection of mains made especially for the occasion, such as Free-Range Australian Lamb Leg (S$88++/pax) and Roasted Australian Chicken (S$58++/pax).
Each main is accompanied by a set of sides like Executive Jake Kowalewski’s traditional family recipe of house-pickled red cabbage that is tangy-sweet, crunchy and appetite-whetting. Other delectable sides include traditional Yorkshire pudding, roasted baby potatoes, and grilled asparagus.
For desserts, not to be missed is LeVeL33’s Basque Cheesecake featuring hickory wood-smoked raspberries and blueberries.
