11. Altro Zafferano
Exclusively on the 8 April afternoon, indulge in a gastronomic brunch (S$138++ per diner) complemented with an unlimited pour of beverage choices such as house wines and champagne at Altro Zafferano. Appetisers include White asparagus with tarragon bearnaise and guanciale, Slow-cooked pork loin with salsa verde, anchovies and red radish, and Alaska king crab with fennel and passion fruit. The feast follows with two heart-warming pastas – Risotto with globe artichoke and Roman mint, and Fusilloni with luscious Canada lobster and Chitose tomatoes.
The main course presents a choice of succulent Lamb saddle roulade with burnt kalettes, palermo peppers and pickled mustard, or Halibut with stuffed zucchini flower, Mugnaia and trout roe. Easter desserts are also available.
