1. CHICHA San Chen
An established Taiwan chain that has been making bubble tea for over 20 years, CHICHA San Chen is more than just sweet drinks; it’s an experience. The 313@Somerset outlet is a sleek open kitchen concept that we really appreciate. You can observe how the expert staff makes each drink on order, from scratch – yup, from the brewing of whole tea leaves to scooping the toppings into the cup. What tea leaves and what toppings?
