2. Yàn’s National Day Dim Sum Menu
Yàn has launched a National Day Dim Sum Menu that is available for lunch only from 1 to 15 August 2023 to celebrate Singapore’s 58th birthday! Enjoy a sumptuous spread of classic Cantonese delights incorporated with local flavours. Look forward to dim sums such as Poached Prawns and Diced Cod Fish Dumplings with Assam Sauce, tossed in a piquant Assam sauce, the silky wantons feature a combination of succulent prawns and diced cod fish. The Steamed Vegetarian Dumpling, filled with preserved radish, peanuts, carrots, water chestnuts, and onions and returning favourites such as Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Bak Kut Teh Stock and Steamed Hainanese Chicken with Sticky Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf.
The dim sum menu is available exclusively from 1 to 15 August 2023 during lunch hours.
