1. Tiong Bahru Bakery x Birds of a Feather Celebrates the Nation’s Love

This August, Tiong Bahru Bakery is teaming up with Birds of a Feather to create mouth-tingling specials in honour of Singapore’s 58th birthday. Prepare to be dazzled by interesting concoctions including Sichuan Roast Beef Croissant with TBB’s signature croissant filled with succulent spicy roast beef topped with achar and the Sichuan Rojak Chicken Bun, with tender poached chicken breast smothered with aromatic spicy Sichuan peanut dressing between the fluffy molasses bun.

Pair the buns with the limited-edition Kopi Pecan Kouign Amann made with Tiong Bahru Bakery’s very own coffee blend with darkly roasted local coffee beans inspired by Hainanese coffee. They have also curated Coconut & Gula Melaka Iced Red Latte, made from Rooibos tea which is only found at Tiong Bahru Bakery. The drink is topped with Gula Melaka coconut foam and complemented by nata de coco.
