It's quite an international one, too; true to its location right next to one of the world's busiest airports, the newly opened lifestyle hub brings in popular restaurants and cafes from the East and West, many for their debut in Singapore. From the famous burgers of Shake Shack to Chinese comfort food at Yun Nans, Jewel has something for all palates. The following eateries are attracting some of the longest queues in Jewel, and as any true Singaporean knows, queues lead you to good food. 5. Shang Social (#01-219/220/221/222)
Launched by the Shangri-La Group, their first standalone dining establishment not in a hotel, Shang Social treats you to the best of Cantonese, Huaiyang, and Sichuan cuisines. The menu is so diverse, three different seating spaces are created to suit different types of dining experiences – formal DINING, casual MRKT, and drinks at the BAR. If you love all things spicy, go for the Spicy Sichuan Chicken. Other signature dishes worth trying are the “Jiangnan Wok” Braised Black Marbled Pork (a Huaiyang favourite), and the Suzhou Baked Minced Pork Bun.
