Bittersweet as it may seem with the closing of its six-year-long outlet at McCallum Street, SPRMRKT has since moved and settled comfortably in Cluny Court, bringing along its multi-concept experiences the restaurant has been lauded for. If you haven’t already known, aside from being a venue to wine and dine, the industrial-designed space doubles up as an art gallery with a dedicated retail section filled with home and lifestyle products. With a new home comes fresh eats in the form of SPRMRKT Florentine ($19) that serves two jiggly sous-vide eggs laid on housemade organic quinoa cakes and Slow-Braised Pork & Goji Berry Bowl ($20), ordered from a selection of SPRGRN Bowls.
