2. LeVel33’s Special Easter Weekend Set
LeVeL33 delivers a delicious feast for the celebrations with a special Easter weekend set (S$108++, good for 2) available only for three days from 11.30am to 2.30pm (last order 2.15pm) on Good Friday until Easter Sunday (From 15 to 17 April 2022).
Featuring the traditional Easter protein lamb, the set includes a Slow-Roasted Australian Lamb Shoulder that has been cured for 3 hours in aromatic rosemary and thyme, slow-cooked for 12 hours till fork-tender and is paired with a sweet and tangy glaze made from their own house-brewed Stout and a gently aged balsamic vinegar.
The main is accompanied by delicious sides like a crisp Red Australian Cabbage enriched with pecorino cheese and a Lager vinaigrette, and a plate of fluffy Hasselback Potatoes roasted to perfection in a flavoursome yeast butter.
