Other must-haves at home gatherings are their Abundance Pen Cai, Fortune Abalone Yu Sheng, Deboned Salt Crusted Chicken wrapped in Lotus Leaf and Fragrant Glutinous Rice with Preserved Meat.
The Pen Cai is a treasure trove of prized ingredients with over 18 luxurious ingredients including Abalone, Fish Maw, Whole Dace Fish, Sea Cucumber, Pork Knuckle, Sweet and Sour Pan-Fried Prawn and more.
