6. 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung
The Easter Sunday Brunch at 15 Stamford will offer diners all-you-can-eat ala carte items of Easter selections handpicked by Chef Alvin Leung himself. Expect poached lobsters, shucked oysters and other Asian brasserie specialities.
Capitol Kempinski’s signature restaurant is committed to making Easter a party worth remembering with Sharing Appetizer Plates of iced and cured seafood as well as charcuterie board offerings, cured olives and salad. The menu warms up with pass around Snacks of the restaurant’s signature items like Poached Hen’s Egg and Double-Boiled Abalone Broth; Large Plates of hearty mains including Roasted Pork Chops, Easter Spit Roasted Beef and the Chilean Sea Bass; and Sweet Plates of dessert-like Easter Eggnog Cupcake and Bunny in a Pot Marshmallow. There are also Cheese Wagons with all the most loved cheeses like gruyere, comte and pecorino. Diners may start off the afternoon with the self-service Negroni Fountain and partake in Tsougrisma, a traditional game of cracking eggs by tapping them together.
