Available from 10 – 19 February 2023 for both dine-in and takeaway, this heart-shaped maki features lightly torched A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, tobiko, takuan and cucumber nestled in Hokkaido rice and rolled in seaweed.
Served alongside the Valentine’s Day Maki is a luxurious side of briny and melt-in-the-mouth texture of Hokkaido Uni (20g), an extra touch to mark the celebration of love.
