3. Zai Shun Curry Fish Head

Previously a hit among Westies, Zai Shun Curry Fish Head is now sought-after throughout the island for its steamed fish dishes, including other tantalising offerings such as the bitter gourd with salted egg and prawn paste chicken wings. The most show-stopping dish of all? The massive Curry Fish Head (from $26), with the curry done assam style.
