Awarded for both quality and affordability — prices have to be below $45, these winning restaurants span over 11 cuisine types.
This year, 38 restaurants have been bestowed with the honour, up from last year's 34.

2. Bar-Roque Grill
If you’ve ever wanted to experience the rambunctious Baroque era to the accompaniment of French roasted meals, Bar-Roque Grill is the place to be. Apart from a culinary show of rotating meat skewers at its open kitchen concept, the modern rotisserie and bar serves dishes such as Rotisserie Free Range Chicken ($32) and Hand Cut Beef Tartare ($38).
