Red Bean Rice Dumpling (S$5.50), Din Tai Fung

Internationally acclaimed Taiwanese restaurant, Din Tai Fung commemorates Duan Wu this year with an equally classic offering of the Red Bean Rice Dumpling and the Rice Dumpling with Flavoured Pork (S$6.50)!

Specially air-flown from Taiwan, these unique pillow-shaped, handmade dumplings are filled with finely-mashed red bean cocooned in soft and chewy glutinous rice for the former, and succulent premium pork belly marinated in 15 types of spices and condiments for the latter.
