In celebration of national day, The Garage is set to whet one’s appetite with culinary highlights from Bontica and Bee’s Knees.
When at Bontica, expect to tuck into the Tamarind Seabass Ceviche with ‘Hei Ko’ ($18), an Assam Laksa-like appetiser of glass noodles served with shrimp paste ice cream. Or you can visit the family-friendly garden café, Bee’s Knees to enjoy their locally inspired dishes such as the ‘Hae Bee Hiam’ Tiger Prawns Linguine ($18). To enjoy a complimentary scoop of ice cream, remember to show up don in red and white at the cafe on National Day! All National Day dishes are available from 31st July to 13th Aug.
