From 7 to 13 August, discover TWG Tea’s rendition of local delights such as the artisanal Laksa Risotto served with Hokkaido scallops and tiger prawns infused with Earl Grey Gentleman or the Chilli Crab Pasta infused with Tokyo Singapore Tea. The National Day Set Menu ($35) comes with a choice of hot or iced tea and a tea-infused dessert.
