Love your fried chicken? Look out for Monga Fried Chicken as they open their first outlet in Singapore. The brand is created by Nono, a well-known Taiwanese artiste, and comedian who is known for his charm and quick wit. Together with Mingdao Liu, Monga Fried Chicken is born.
Every piece of their chicken fillet is precisely sliced into a thick slice with a minimum of 2cm so that it remains firm and satisfyingly juicy even after being deep-fried. Instead of using sugar, Monga uses honey to marinate chicken meat. The amylase in honey helps to tenderise the meat and elevates the taste of the chicken fillet. Head down to the west side of Singapore to give the mouth-watering fried chicken a try.
Monga Fried Chicken is located at 50 Jurong Gateway Road, #B1-K10, Jem, Singapore 608549.
