The restaurant casts a spotlight on “hamburg” steak, which is one of Nippon’s national dishes, created out of prime US beef patties, seared on a teppanyaki grill, before served on sizzling hotplates. Tearing through the Triple Cheese Prime Beef Hamburg Set ($20.80) will release a river of oozing cheese, that you can pair with its free flow of rice, miso soup, eggs in different variations.
