5. A Visual Journey by Terence Teo
In the month of December, ION Art gallery presents a series of artworks shedding light on an artist’s intimate observations of nature – Nature’s Artistry: A Visual Journey by Terence Teo. Viewers will be able to walk a mile in the shoes of local artist Terence Teo as he endeavours to impress upon visitors the importance of green living.
Through his paintings, Teo attempts to stress the significance of a greener lifestyle by making use of techniques he has amassed over the years. Nature has been a primary muse of Teo’s since he began practising art.
The gallery invites visitors on an exploration of the natural world. Organised by Artredot, the exhibition is a record and representation of the 66-year-old’s observations of Singapore’s landscape that is an intermingling between the urban and natural.
