3. Da Chang Bao Xiao Chang (大肠包小肠)

The name literally means small sausage in big sausage. Think hotdog buns, but replace the buns with glutinous rice and the hotdog with blood sausage. Often coupled along with some stir-fried vegetables and some pickles. It can be a tad filling to finish one all by yourself.
